Candidates located Europe. 📅 Start Date: 1st of April 📍 Location: Palma de Mallorca 🗺 Itinerary: Family-oriented cruising with a relaxed, respectful atmosphere and an appealing travel schedule. ROLE OVERVIEW: This 77ft private family S/Y is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Deck/Stew to join their close-knit program. The role includes a mix of deck work, interior upkeep, guest service, and occasional light cooking. The yacht runs with a relaxed, family-focused atmosphere, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who loves sailing and enjoys varied responsibilities on board. REQUIREMENTS Skills & Experience: • Strong sailing background • Previous Deck/Stew or dual-role experience • Eye for detail and pride in maintaining a spotless interior • Flexible, positive, service-minded attitude • Confident with light cooking and galley organisation (the family dines ashore most of the time) • Female due to cabin arrangements
