Captain

Seeking an experienced Rotational Captain for a high-standard 43m private motor yacht. Join a professional environment delivering quiet excellence with a capable crew.

• Minimum 5+ years experience as Captain on 35–50m+ motor yachts • Previous experience on high-end private and/or charter yachts • Proven rotational experience strongly preferred • Strong shipyard and refit management experience • Excellent leadership, communication, and crew-management skills • Calm, confident command style with high emotional intelligence • Thorough knowledge of safety management, compliance, and drills • Strong navigational and passage-planning capability • Fluent English (additional languages a bonus) • Master 3000 GT (or Master 500 GT with solid sea time on larger vessels) • STCW, ENG1 up to date • Clean criminal background check if requested • Professional, discreet, no-drama attitude
