Bosun

Experienced Bosun needed for high-standard 43m private/charter motor yacht with a focus on leadership and maintenance.

• 3+ years exterior experience on 40–60m+ vessels, charter experience a bonus • Previous Bosun or Lead Deckhand experience strongly preferred • Proven shipyard/yard period experience • Strong product and material knowledge: varnish systems, teak care, coatings, detailing • Confident tender driver (large RIB experience preferred) • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills • Polished, organised, and able to hit the ground running • Fluent English • STCW and ENG1 up to date • Clean criminal background check if requested • Active, professional, no-drama attitude
