Sole Chef

We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 45m+ Private/Charter M/Y. The position is a permanent role starting at the beginning of February in the Caribbean. The yacht will be cruising in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and the East Coast of the USA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 seasons of experience on similar-sized vessels and be confident and comfortable with all different types of cuisines and dietary requirements. The candidate should have FS&HL2 certification, and a B1 visa would be a bonus. This is a non-smoking vessel with a total of 7 mixed nationality crew onboard and a maximum of 8 guests. The successful candidate should be fluent in English. The salary is DOE with 60 days of leave per year.
