Deckhand

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in the yachting industry OR proven experience within maritime operations. • Solid understanding of deck operations and maintenance. • Confident with washdowns, polishing, and general upkeep of exterior areas. • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop. • Good level of physical fitness. • EU passport or Schengen visa preferred; open to strong candidates from further afield. • 24 years of age or older. • Fluency in English and excellent personal presentation is essential. • Excellent checkable references.
