Chief Engineer

Engineer required for a 49m modern Classic Sailing yacht. Currently in Central America and just started a 3 year world tour. Sailing Yacht Engineering experience preferred. Looking for an Engineer who wants this program and wants to explore the world under sail. Not just a clock on and clock off type chasing money and time off. Medical and Flights included. This is a very flexible 3:3 rotation position. Change over date to suit both Engineers and Captain. This position is paid while onboard to suit the flexibility. Joining location: Pacific somewhere. Starting in April 2026. Cabin is shared with 1st Mate. Crew is predominantly British.

Large ticket not required, but some training and good experience needed. Skills in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical and some Electronics. Strong English communication skills. Prefer native English Speaker.
