Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a busy 50m private and charter motor yacht currently based in Sardinia. The yacht has a strong charter program ahead with a busy Mediterranean season planned, so we are seeking someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high standards and can confidently support all aspects of the interior operation. Working closely with the Chief Stewardess, you will be involved in housekeeping, service, guest preparation, laundry, inventories, and day-to-day interior administration. This is a great opportunity for a stewardess looking to step into a strong 2nd Stew role within a professional and well-run interior team. Candidates should hold valid STCW Basic Safety Training, ENG1 Medical Certificate, and ideally have at least 1–2 seasons of yacht experience. Food & Hygiene Level 2, Silver Service training, WSET qualifications and experience in both housekeeping and service would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, excellent guest interaction skills and the ability to remain calm during busy charter periods are essential. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, organised, hardworking and able to integrate into an established crew while maintaining the high standards expected on both private and charter trips. Immediate availability or the ability to join in the coming weeks would be preferred.
