Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity is available for a motivated Sous Chef to join a busy 58m Motor Yacht operating a mixed private and charter programme throughout the Mediterranean. Working closely with a highly experienced Head Chef, this role would suit a chef looking to transition into yachting or someone with limited yacht experience who is eager to develop within a professional and well-structured galley team. The vessel offers an active itinerary, supportive onboard atmosphere, and excellent opportunities for growth. 38 days annual leave.

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or equivalent land-based role - Strong culinary foundation with the ability to prepare a variety of international dishes - Passion for high-quality ingredients and attention to presentation - Well-organised, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Valid driving licence preferred - Fluent English
