Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to lead the interior department aboard an 80m private and light charter motor yacht. This is a permanent 2:2 rotational position offering a salary of €8,000 per month (DOE), paid flights, medical insurance and the opportunity to join a professional, long-standing crew. The yacht follows a Mediterranean summer and Caribbean winter programme with a balanced owner and limited charter schedule. We are looking for a confident leader who can maintain exceptional service standards, foster a positive team environment and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the interior department.

Candidates must have previous experience as a Chief Steward(ess) on yachts over 60m or be an experienced Second Steward(ess) ready to step into a Chief role. Strong leadership, organisation, communication and guest service skills are essential. Applicants must hold valid STCW Basic Safety Training, an ENG1 medical certificate and be fluent in English. A B1/B2 visa is preferred and candidates must be eligible to travel within the Schengen Area.
