Role Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced 2nd Officer to join a 60m Private Motor Yacht on a 2:2 rotational contract. The yacht operates a busy dual-season programme, spending summers throughout the Mediterranean and winters in the Caribbean, with additional international cruising as required. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated officer looking to join a professional vessel with a strong onboard culture and excellent crew retention. The successful candidate will be a confident bridge officer and hands-on deck leader, capable of supporting both navigational and deck operations while contributing positively to a well-established team environment. We are seeking someone who is professional, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to lead by example and maintain high operational standards both underway and in port. Requirements
- OOW 3000GT (minimum) - Valid ENG1 and STCW - Previous experience on similar-sized yachts - Strong bridge operations and watchkeeping experience - Practical deck leadership and maintenance skills - PWC Instructor certification preferred - PADI Divemaster or equivalent advantageous - Schengen visa or EU residency beneficial - Fluent English - Positive attitude and strong work ethic
