Role Overview
A large charter sailing yacht is looking for a rotational Deckhand to join on 1 August 2026. This is a 3:1 rotation with industry-standard wages paid in euros. The programme includes future South Pacific cruising and the role is best suited to a deckhand with genuine sailing yacht experience, strong tender handling skills and confidence working at height.

Candidates must hold valid STCW, a seafarers medical, B1/B2 visa and RYA Advanced Powerboat or equivalent tender-driving certification suitable for night operations. Large sailing yacht experience and real sailing experience are required. Candidates must be comfortable working at height and must be a true non-smoker, including no vaping or nicotine products. Due to cabin arrangements, this role is open to male candidates only.
