Role Overview
An experienced Bosun or strong Lead Deckhand is sought for a busy 500 GT private/charter yacht operating in Spain. The role is based in Barcelona with an ASAP start and runs until early to mid-October. This is a hands-on leadership position within a high-tempo charter environment, offering a salary of €4,500 per month plus charter tips.

Applicants should have one to two years of relevant superyacht deck experience and either previous Bosun experience or be ready to step up from a Lead Deckhand position. Candidates must be competent in paint repairs, basic carpentry and general deck maintenance. They should be physically fit, well presented, fluent in English and able to lead a team with fairness, professionalism and strong communication skills.
