Deckhand

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled lead deckhand for a position aboard a 55m motor yacht, with operations primarily in the Mediterranean Sea. The ideal candidate will possess a Yachtmaster Offshore commercially endorsed certification, a Yacht rating, PWC instructor, and Powerboat Level 2 qualifications. Extensive experience in chase boat driving is essential. The role requires a high standard of service when the owner is onboard, ensuring safety and efficiency in all deck operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the yacht’s high standards. Varnish, paint experience needed.
