Role Overview

A private classic motor yacht is looking for a rotational 3rd Engineer to join a world-cruising programme. This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys practical mechanical work, older machinery and a varied itinerary, with a strong crew environment and long-term programme ahead.

Requirements

Candidates must hold AEC2 as a minimum and have valid STCW certificates. The role is offered on a 2:1 rotation with a salary of €3,700 per month. EOOW-qualified candidates may be considered at a higher salary, subject to management approval. Previous experience on private yachts or classic vessels would be useful, but practical engineering ability is the key requirement.
