Role Overview
A 65m Gibraltar-flagged private/charter motor yacht is looking for an experienced Stewardess / Masseuse to join on a permanent contract. The yacht runs a dual-season programme across the Mediterranean and Maldives/Asia, with a crew of 16 and an interior team of 3 plus chef. This role is suited to a polished, team-oriented interior crew member with at least 1 year of experience on 50m+ yachts, strong guest-service and housekeeping standards, and proven massage/spa treatment ability.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience on 50m+ yachts and be confident working in a high-standard private/charter environment. Strong all-round interior skills are required, including formal and informal service, housekeeping, detailing, laundry, garment care, cabin preparation, turndown service and inventory awareness. The role also requires proven massage experience, including Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, with additional spa treatment skills such as facials, body treatments or manicures considered a benefit. The ideal candidate will be polished, physically fit, reliable, low-ego and able to remain consistent through busy charter turnarounds and high-pressure guest periods.
