Chef / Deckhand
Menu planning, provisioning, and daily preparation of meals for owners and guests (usually 10–15 people, with occasional peaks of more than 20). Galley management and stock control. Anchoring, docking, and undocking maneuvers. Handling of dinghy and jet ski. Support in navigation. General maintenance of the boat and exterior cleaning of the yacht.
Sous Chef / Head Chef
Designing and preparing menus and individual dishes. Second-in-command, assuming the role of head chef in the absence of the primary chef.
