Provided high-level service to the family and their properties with discretion and autonomy. Main duties included: - Housekeeping and detailing to yacht standards (onboard and in the apartment). -Formal and informal service, including meals and drinks. - Wardrobe care and laundry of high-end garments. - Property unkeep during owners’s absence, including opening/closing. - Coordination of external contractor with minimal disruption. - Among others.

Among other responsibilities: -Handle daily laundry for both guests and staff, including delicate garments. -Performed full housekeeping duties to superyacht standards. -Managed shopping and inventory, ensuring all supplies were stocked for smooth villa operations. -Provided support across departments, including food service and meal presentation. -Supervised technicians and contractors, ensuring the security of the family’s belongings. -Sent daily reports to the family’s PA to keep her informed of all ongoing matters.

Responsible for providing a courteous and high-end service to the hotel’s expedient VIP guests. Assigned as the guest’s personal contract prior to arrival, throughout guest’s stay, and further contact made post departure. Working with all the other departments throughout the hotel to ensure guest requests were met in a timely manner. Handling a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment was part of my daily routine. This hands-on position, where I was expected to check every suite and room prior arrival, ensuring the housekeeping standards had been met.
