Preparing the yacht for the season by coordinating provisioning, shopping, and deliveries. Providing exceptional guest service in all areas of the onboard experience, including table decoration, food and beverage service, flower arranging, and cocktail preparation. Performing housekeeping duties such as cabin cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe maintenance for guests and crew. Planning and executing special events, parties, and formal dinners on board. Managing inventories of interior items and crew uniforms, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely replenishment.

Preparing the boat for the season and ensuring all interior areas are guest-ready. Cooking and serving breakfast for guests and crew when required. Performing daily table setting and silver service duties according to the interior schedule. Cleaning guest areas, the captain’s cabin, and crew living spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. Managing laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization. Assisting the Chief Stewardess with service, housekeeping, and administrative duties.

Rotation within the whole interior department. Cleaning of the guest common areas, cleaning the guest cabins, heads. Serving food and beverages. Doing guest laundry and other wardrobe tasks assigned by the owner or guests. Crew mess service. Organization and cleaning of all areas on board: main salon, bridge, captain’s cabin, etc.
