During a four-month trip, tasks included daily sourcing of provisions for the chef in challenging locations as well as housekeeping, laundry and service. This experience enhanced my expertise in supply procurement and key destinations across Spain, Greece, Turkey, Italy, and France, where I also booked restaurants and located hiking spots. I also served as the videographer and editor, creating lasting keepsakes for the boss and guests before the boat was sold.

I meticulously set up and maintained the crew mess for 35 crew members, ensuring timely meal service through effective communication with the chefs. I managed provision orders, rotated stock, and prioritized creating a clean and inviting atmosphere, which I believe significantly boosted crew morale. During boss trips, I also assisted with service, laundry, and housekeeping tasks.

I managed the interior setup of this new build, including ordering fittings, linens, towels, appliances and cutlery/crockery as well as set up SOPs and inventorying systems. I had a wonderful experience training two junior stews, incorporating fun, practical activities, such as cocktail days, to make learning engaging and effective. During boss trips, I arranged birthday celebrations and crafted cocktails for up to eight guests while handling provisioning and housekeeping.
