Leading an interior department of 3-4 as 1st Stew onboard, maintaining high standards in daily housekeeping and meal service, and showing creativity through advanced mixology, event planning and barista work. Weekly administrative work for 20-25 guests, such as billing, selling merchandise and organising transfers to and from the vessel. Managing inventory and ordering on board, and playing a key role in weekly safety committee meetings which led to promotion from 2nd stew. Prepared cabins, saloon, bilges and provisions for Atlantic crossing and led interior maintenance during twice yearly shipyard periods.

Responding to correspondence on behalf of the Royal Family during the 2023 Coronation. Showed initiative and a calm approach when working to a limited time frame and with a considerable amount of paperwork. Handled sensitive information discreetly and gate-keeping access.

Leading correspondence and meetings with international colleagues, including logistical multitasking when booking travel, visits and events. Coordinated multiple projects and developed my skills in organisation, time-management and leadership. Showed confidence working both individually and as part of a team, producing work to the highest standard. My creative and adaptable approach to my work let to promotions every 2 years, from Junior Advisor to Senior Negotiations Lead.
