Cook/Stew
Provided fresh and tasty dishes for an array of guests as well as crew. Responsible for provisioning and cleanliness of the galley. Managed interior duties such as service, housekeeping, light laundry and guest care ensuring a seamless and enjoyable onboard experience. Assisted on deck when needed.
Crew Chef/Stew
Temporary position cooking for 11 to 14 crew members whilst the boat was being prepared for new owners. Involved cooking a variety of cuisines, laundry and some housekeeping, as well as provision duties and stock rotation.
Chef de Partie
CurrentTrained in a fast paced environment with high expectations. Responsible for the pastry section, preparing and serving a rotation of desserts. Created ideas for new pastry menus. I left in April 2025 and am currently back in the kitchen whilst looking out for a maritime role.
