Gained hands-on motor yacht experience as a seaman in a three-person crew, contributing to daily operations, guest service, and onboard safety. Independently launched and run marine tourism activities offering gulet tour boat day trips and overnight stays aboard a private boat. Personally manage all day-to-day aspects of the business, including guest services, trip planning, onboard hospitality, safety compliance, and team supervision. Basic sailing experience with handling sails, adjusting direction, and reading nautical charts for route and distance. Carry out full seasonal maintenance on the vessel, including hands-on experience in polishing, varnishing, deck work, and basic electrical repairs.

Managed daily operations of the resort's beachfront bar and restaurant, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and smooth service flow. Led an international team, overseeing scheduling, training, performance management. Planned and managed inventory, ordering supplies in coordination with seasonal demand and local availability.
