I am an experienced stew, having completed 3 crossings, deck and watch keeping duties with most recent being more involved in cooking for crew.  As for Chief, I have experience in working with both small and bigger teams, crew motivating and training whilst getting the best performance and productivity out of my girls. I am very creative and quite frequently make my own table decor as needed. I am experienced enough to bring quality, knowledge, professionalism, guidance and mentoring to any required task. I am a good person with excellent people and organizational skills that just gets in and does whatever needs to be done I am continually being called back to my previous boats to help clean, charter set up, organize and training stewardesses etc.  Having worked on several diffident yachts, my biggest being a 165ft, Mangusta of which I was managing an additional 100ft and 56ft in the fleet. I am very professional, but kind, fair, generous, helpful and understanding leader.
