Promoted by the Captain to Chief Officer, I was entrusted with assisting in a new adventure aboard this iconic yacht. I had the privilege of working on one of the most prestigious yachts, participating in two full-scale refits, each lasting 8 months. This experience provided invaluable knowledge in ensuring safety and operational efficiency, enabling the timely relaunch of the vessel to the charter market. Additionally, I gained extensive experience in delivering high-level service to guests, ensuring their needs were met with high professionalism and attention to detail. Managed the active itinerary during Charter Seasons, maintaining safety, high standards and ensuring client satisfaction. Served as Safety and Security Officer. Conducted passage planning, bridge watchkeeping, managed ISM system (Burgess), performed PMS checks (IDEA), and led a deck team of 6 members. Ensured all inspections, surveys, and certificates were up to date by collaborating closely with the flag, classification society, and management company.
