Delivery Deckhand
Duties include day and night navigational watch, monitoring navigational equipment, plotting visual bearings on a chart to derive a position and ready and implement mooring lines and fenders.
Deckhand
CurrentLeading day and night bridge watches, familiarisation with ECDIS and TIMEZERO, LSA/FFA checks, leading guest experiences/activities, anchoring and mooring, tender driving (5, 7 and 10m vessels) and deck maintenance procedures, product knowledge, surveys, load testing, log books and basic engineering maintenance.
Daywork Deckhand
Responsibilities include: Painting, sanding, knowledge of SOPEP spill kit, knowledge of cleaning products, polishing, knowledge and implementation of appropriate PPE, washing, bunkering, teak care, use of a wide variety of tools, fittings and equipment and knowledge of manufacturer specifications and workplace requirements.
