Junior Stewardess
Joined as a Stewardess in June right after I completed my stewardess courses. I rotated through laundry, housekeeping and service. My responsibilities included maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and care in guest and crew areas. Manage laundry for guest and crew. Assist with service including table setting, silver service and guest interactions. I also did Monaco boat show.
Temp Sous Chef
Responsible for cooking for 25 crew lunch and dinner, provisioning and cleanliness of the galley. I would help the head chef with prep and service with guest meals.
Crew Chef / Sous Chef
Prepared both lunch and dinner for 17 crew as well as assisting the head chef with prepping, cooking and service for guest meals, often with last minute meal changes. Responsibilities included menu planning, provisioning and stock taking, in addition to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the galley and fridges.
