CurrentISM Implementation. Organisation and managing of sub-contractor works. Created ship specific TRB's that were later mandated from management to the fleet. Certification and publication updating and folio creating. Full inventory of the vessel. Overseeing 2 Officer and 7 Deck crew. Navigation, Security and Medical Officer.
Chief Officer
Multiple manoeuvres - all documented. New owner & management company. Setup of Bridge systems, all Risk assessments, SOP's and manuals written. Deck training and reset of operations to incorporate an effective safety culture onboard. Yard period. Navigation, Safety, Security and Medical Officer.
2nd Officer
Temp position to cover leave. Owners trip for 2 weeks around the Med followed by the initial start to the yard period. Safety officer on board. Training deck crew on various operations with a view to increasing safety culture and awareness onboard.
