I work as a rotational chief stewardess, and part of my job entails ordering and organizing crew uniforms, providing amenities, coordinating with the captain and management team, the contractor and fit-out team for storage allocation and organization of the boat's interior spaces, ordering supplies for the crew and owners and guests, and creating SOP and interior manuals.

When I first boarded the ship in Italy, I immediately got started on back-to-back owner and guest visits, which necessitated numerous turnarounds. We held enormous dinner parties for many guests at once, worked in teams to plan the special events, and provided an incredibly high level of service. My duties include leading a team of four, managing and organizing the Interior department and functions onboard this privately owned motor yacht owned by a French family.
