About
I am a Marine Engineer holding a Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency, with over 10 years of seagoing experience — including nearly 7 years as an Engineer Officer. I have worked on vessels ranging from 88.8m to 290m in length, built between 1980 and 2020, which has given me the adaptability to operate in diverse maritime environments. For the past 4 years, I have served on luxury cruise ship, navigating the Mediterranean and Caribbean Seas, as well as completing transatlantic crossings. My responsibilities included dry dock operations, Flag and Class surveys, and successful USCG, MCA, and PH inspections. I take pride in being a proactive and reliable professional, focused on maintaining high safety and performance standards. I value organization, teamwork, and effective communication. I maintain a structured and clean workspace, prioritize tasks efficiently, and support my team in achieving operational goals. My technical strengths include mechanical troubleshooting, basic welding, workshop/tool use, and a solid foundation in electrical systems — all of which contribute to practical and effective problem-solving.
