I have just recently finished a 7 month stint aboard a 45m luxurious cruise vessel located in the Hebrides of Scotland. I am currently looking for my next adventure in either a service or housekeeping role. I have a strong background in luxury hospitality and I’m extremely passionate and very eager to learn and grow within the industry. I am dedicated to providing the guests with an exceptional experience, as well as working as a team player alongside my crew to exceed our set goals.

Hobbies & Interests
Growing up along the coast of South Africa has given me a sense of longing to be near the water! I am a lover of nature and enjoy hiking/running the coastal paths, and exploring new beaches along the coast. I am a big foodie and love to experience different cuisines. During my free time I would visit all the ‘wee’ gift shops, have group workout sessions with all the crew and occasionally (quite often) enjoy an ice cream and take in the beautiful Scottish mountain ranges. I have recently become quite fond of trying out all the different types of teas that we have onboard and finding a cosy spot by a window in the sun to read.

During my time onboard LOTH, a small luxury cruise vessel that could hold up to 38 guests onboard. I completed my 7 month contract with no days off and only a 2 week holiday mid season. My role included: Setting up of tables Serving all meals at a silver service standard Liaising with the galley team about guest preferences and allergies Attending to guests every need Housekeeping/deep cleaning for 19 cabins Galley KP duties laundry/ironing Bar duties and cocktail making Maintaining the Immaculate image of the interior at all times Counting stock take
