M/Y INFINITY & BEYOND | 30m | 142 GT | Mondo Marine | Shipyard/Mediterranean Brought in to carry the yacht through shipyard period to early-season readiness. Anticipated full accountability for safety, schedule, cosmetic standards, and owner communications during the transition to service. Full command during yard phase and sea trials; managed dry-dock punch list and contractor supervision. Took over worklist triage, negotiated scopes, and protected the critical path to maintain the launch date. Rewrote checklists/SOPs, refreshed drills, and finalized regulatory paperwork for the season start. Introduced bridge and deck “day shapes” for guest days and a weekly PMS cadence that reduced unplanned defects. Close-quarters handling, bunkering plans, and owner liaison ahead of guest cruising. Ran tight moorings in crowded marinas, standardized approach briefs, and set minimum aesthetic standards (canvas, brightwork, toys) for departures. On-time handover in strong mechanical and cosmetic order, with zero survey surprises, clear documentation, and a crew aligned on guest-first routines.

Commanded daily public and private cruises, completing over 160 voyages during the season on Lake Pyhäjärvi. Oversaw all aspects of vessel operations, including manoeuvres, navigation, maintenance, and customer service for a crew of eight. Led the team to win the 'Best Crew of the Season' award. Managed the vessel's dry dock period and 10-year survey at the end of the season. Successfully completed the seasonal contract.

Managed cargo operations, navigation, and vessel maintenance during trading in the Baltic and North Sea. Ensured ISM & ISPS compliance, crew work hour planning, and adherence to safety protocols. Oversaw bridge operations, passage planning, and port logistics in high-traffic shipping lanes. Temporary contract successfully completed.
