I am a highly experienced and dedicated yacht captain with over 40 years of professional maritime experience and a strong passion for life at sea. I am also very active and passionate about sports, including sailing, windsurfing, swimming, snorkelling, running, mountain biking, squash, tennis, and padel, which reflects my energetic, disciplined, and healthy lifestyle. I am known for being organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, loyal, and highly discreet. What distinguishes me is my ability to combine strong leadership and crew mentorship with a hands-on, practical mindset, ensuring safe operations, excellent crew harmony, and consistently high standards of service for both private owners and charter guests. I also bring solid engineering knowledge and extensive experience managing refits and new builds, allowing me to anticipate technical issues and maintain vessels to the highest standards. My long-term objective is to secure a stable captain position on a 50–60 metre yacht, either private or charter, where I can build a long-term relationship with the owner, lead and develop a professional crew, and contribute to the safe, efficient, and successful operation of the yacht.

Supervision during the construction of the yacht, improving many of the original designs, which increased the yacht’s value, comfort, efficiency, and safety. Yacht delivered in September 2021; remained in shipyard for finishing works until March 2022. Trained the previous crew (10) with no prior mega yacht experience. Oversaw 5-year class survey and maintenance. Over 26,000 NM sailed throughout the Mediterranean.
