Rinsing the vessel with a hose before and after washdown, washing the vessel with Awl Grip Boat Soap, drying the vessel with hand chamois, rinse, wash and drying of portholes & glass panels, non-skid cleaning, 2-step teak cleaning, detailing (rust removal, stainless steel polishing).
Technician
CurrentDuties include faults finding, repairing and maintenance of a wide range of industrial and domestic catering equipment including laundry equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. Working with both gas and electrical equipment whilst applying technical knowledge and following safety procedures. Assist with supplying, installing and testing of catering equipment for commercial and private clients; this all assisted me to gain hands-on experience with various tools and mechanical systems developing my problem-solving skills as well as my attention to detail. This has also assisted me in gaining teamwork and communication skills whilst working in diverse environments and different departments.
