Service / Butler
CurrentService / butler duties throughout three residences / villas - Dubai, France & Monaco. Setting up of formal dining areas, decorations, flowers etc. Running breakfast, teatime, lunch and or dinner service. Looking after interior, working closely with housekeeping for a smooth operation. Tending to family as well as guests on a day to day basis, big family celebrations and parties.
Second / Chief Stewardess
Daily, weekly, monthly interior maintenance - laundry, crew mess and guest areas. Managing third stew, overseeing projects and implementing efficient time management. Provisioning, interior reports, HOD meetings, managing receipts, repair logs and inventory systems. Full interior set up for multiple viewings as the vessel was up for sale.
Second Stewardess
Full detailing and set up of interior. Laundry, crew mess and pantry set up as well as guest areas. Rotating throughout interior departments for charters. Fully responsible for guest lunch of up to 12 guests - family style as well as plated. Assisted Chief Stewardess in dinner service. Flower arrangements and table decorations.
