Kumi Collection is a 5-star Swiss-German owned luxury villa management company based in Cape Town, overseeing a portfolio of 13 villas. I trained housekeeping staff, created schedules, provided concierge services, organized VIP guest itineraries, and managed logistics. Additionally, I took charge of property operations, ensuring maintenance and administration met high standards, and promptly attended to reservation inquiries and guest communications.

I was employed as a temporary 2nd Stewardess on board the fully commercial 80m M/Y ELEMENTS, working within an interior team of seven. My role involved training junior stewardesses, assisting the head butler, organizing housekeeping and service schedules, and coordinating dinner and breakfast services. I also managed guest cabin allocation, updated preference sheets daily during charters, and ensured effective communication with heads of departments. Planning theme evenings, creating MSDS sheets for all interior areas, sourcing new charter uniforms for the interior and galley, conducting provision runs with the head chef, sourcing new interior items for charters, attending to guest needs, preparing welcoming drinks for guests, creating Crew profiles and taking professional photos of crew.

I was employed temporarily as a 2nd Stewardess on board the 63m M/Y APOGEE, part of an interior team of four during a major refit at the shipyard. My responsibilities included managing provisioning and crew supplies, sourcing and fitting uniforms, and updating SOPs and checklists. Additionally, I coordinated shipyard deliveries and assisted the Chief Stewardess in meeting refit objectives. Supervising maintenance projects during shipyard, secured and fitted uniforms for 17 crew members, updated and revised SOPs and checklists for interior areas, coordinated deliveries and managed refitting orders, supported the Chief Stewardess in achieving refit objectives.
