I am self-motivated, enthusiastic and very passionate about creating my dishes, believing that with consistency and a great eye for detail you can achieve wicked results. Being a father, I am naturally cool around the children and our guests are always welcome to join me on my morning trip to the market. I would describe my cooking style as a light Mediterranean complimented by strong knowledge of British, Asian and Mexican cuisine, well versed in different dietary restrictions, Paleo, Sport or religious preparations like Kosher and Halal. I am as happy preparing fresh lobster or BBQ on a private beach as dealing with technically advanced recipes from the great chefs of the past.

CurrentFor the past 14 years I have been travelling with my previous positions around the globe. From my start in sunny Marbella through number of Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons, setting up new kitchens in Italy and U.A.E., absorbing culture of Mexico, Persian Gulf, islands of Pacific or tropical Seychelles. Now I'd love to secure my next rotational Head Chef position onboard of super-yacht where I could utilize my skills gained from high-end restaurants, hotels and yacht charter operations. With vast experience in provisioning and sourcing the world’s elite produce, working both as a sole and head chef on 40 -95m vessels I am ready to hit the ground running.
