Joined M/Y Cocoa Bean in Barcelona. I was onboard for 6 weeks cooking for 16 crew every day of the week. Weekdays breakfast, lunch, tea break and dinner. Hade a Flag state inspection with no remarks on the Galley
Head Chef
Joined M/Y Maraja on a short notice for one week in Italy to replace the head chef on a ongoing charter trip. I catered various styles of cuisines for the guest getting I nice and positive feed back from them. The Captain wanted me to put him as reference contact on my CV

Joined M/Y Energy in the Shipyard La Ciotat. Restocked the provisions, hade a ship control cooking for owners team and guest viewings. Having the galley ready for viewings for Monaco Grand Prix
