I have over 15 years of work experience as a Chef in a large yacht both private & charter. I worked as a Sous chef from my previous 183 Meter Private Yacht base in Dubai. I am capable of leading a team of kitchen staff in addition to offering a world class cuisine. During my time working as a Sous Chef I am responsible working & preparing for the menu both for guest and crew as well as budgetting,provisioning,maintains the cleanliness & organizing the galley. I worked well with my Head Chef bringing the healthy & high quality dishes. I am also skilled in training junior chefs & galley hand to ensure the food safety standards & quality expectatio.
