2ND STEWARDESS/RELIEF CHIEF STEW
Providing service for up to 10 guests onboard. Supported the Chief Stewardess by distributing and assigning tasks to the team. Training the interior department for cabin preparation as well as preparing for shipyard maintenance. Creating and managing inventories for the interior. Financial Management, Provisioning and assisting with Recruitment needs onboard. Assisted with creating the Stew Bible for the interior team. Assisting with service for parties onboard as well as themed nights.
2ND STEWARDESS
Providing service for up to 8 guests onboard. Cocktail, wine and barista service for guests. Prepared and assisted with the boat show including lunch service for 10 brokers. Fruit arrangement, creating pillow mists and tablescaping. Managing and creating content for the social media channel. My duties also included improving guest amenities/experience, inventory management for the exterior, logging defects for contractors and provisioning. Stepping in whilst the Chief Stew was away to manage the interior.
SOLE STEWARDESS
Providing service for 8 guests onboard. Inventing and creating cocktails for lunch and dinner service. Providing themed nights for the guests including Mexican night and white party. Table decor and Floristry duties. Inventory management between charter trips. Guest activity planning.
