My role as deckhand is to provide quality job and to make it done on time. We work as a team for the great outcome of the job, moreover as an individual I can do painting, varnishing, full washdown, teak maintenance, proper navigation watch, line handling, docking and anchoring operation, tender operation, navigational operation, manage inventory of deck supplies and ensuring proper storage of it, help with interior team if needed. I can easily adopt and understand job instructions. Good attitude and easily to blend in with other crew member and I'm excited to learn and gain more experience in the near future.
