• NEW BUILD • Following the build for the Owners and full set up of the interior with beautiful high quality items & high standards. • Working in a team of 3 girls, carried out detailed service training to give smooth service from the beginning. • Created all Menus, inventories and checklists. • Accounting responsibilities shared with the Captain using VOLY. • Navigated the Balearics for the first Owners trip, shipyard period to fix punch list items then crossed to Florida,. • 2 Parties for 85 Guests in Miami, cruised the Caribbean. • Back to the Med. for a busy and successful Charter season.

NEW BUILD • Full set up of the interior from early stages working with high-level Owners to procure all items. • My team of 2 Stews and I made comprehensive inventory with Deep Blue and created all checklists, rosters and menus. • Responsible for all Accounting. • Worked hard as part of the interior team we trained and practised to ensure excellent service and presentation from the outset. • Maiden voyage to Malta, then a late season with the Owners and family navigating the Balearics finishing in Monaco.
