Prepared orders, SOP's and structure of Interior for upcoming charters and Owners trips. Led the restructuring and recruitment of the Interior to build a more adaptable and efficient department.
Interior Manager
Managed Interior team of 11. Managed launch warranty shipyard period, and a post season shipyard period to continue unfinished warranty works. Live aboard owners for summer season 2023: May-October. Highly active in every day service. Recruited and trained more than half of the Interior team members in 2023/24.
