Chief Stewardess
Complete reset of all inventories and procedures. Set up of the new outside bar and wine fridges. Organize, delegate and work alongside 2nd and 3rd stewardesses. Accounting through Voly. Provision & stock control for crew and guests. Booking for guests activities and Event Coordinator for parties up to 85 guests onboard.
2nd Stewardess
Assisting chief stewardesses for the management of the daily operations of the vessel and the running of the interior team. Complete supervision of the interior team during month-long boss trip and reporting to CS when needed. In charge of dinner service, table décor and training of the team in service.
3rd Stewardess
Rotation between Service and Housekeeping to the highest standards with occasional night shifts. Highest Standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times. Interim HOH to cover rotational leave. Set up and maintenance of inventories for Owners' wardrobes.
