2nd Stewardess
Assisted the chief stew with daily runnings of service and guest activities. Stepped into lead service in chief stew’s absence. Jumped into housekeeping and laundry to assist and train junior stews. Helped coordinate and facilitate same day turnarounds between charters. Created elaborate tablescapes and set up theme nights for guests.
Senior Stewardess/3rd Stewardess
Joined this vessel on a 3:1 rotation as a senior stewardess in the team and after my first rotation onboard I began to take on more responsibility and step into the 3rd stew role. Responsible for creating bespoke cocktail menus and bringing them to life while working behind the bar for guest events and cocktail hours.
3rd Stewardess
Rotated between service and housekeeping departments during trips. Assisted in the coordination and organisation of special occasions and guest activities. Responsible for table designs and flower arrangements. Experienced in extensive cocktail making and wine service.
