Chief Stew/Cook
Cooking 3 meals a day for a family and relatives, Mediterranean/Italian style, as well as traditional British and American dishes, both plated and buffet style. Chief stew to the green 2nd Stew, teaching her the ropes, as well as sharing stew duties. A very hands-on, busy and rewarding season.
Dayworking
CurrentCasual contract, working various dates throughout the year.
Cook/Stew
Temp position to cover seasonal Chef. Cooking varied meals, with different dietary requirements for up to 7 crew. All provisioning and budgeting.
