Experience
Temporary Deckhand
Employed onboard as a temporary deckhand for the month of December 2025. During my time on Treehouse we sailed from Brisbane to Yamba and back to Brisbane. I quickly learnt and gained invaluable experience with basic knots and stopper knots, line handling, mooring procedures, cleaning, sanding, stowing, polishing, watch keeper duties, radio etiquette, and general deck duties.
Dayworker
Assisted the captain with general deck maintenance, container reorganization and a wash down.
Motor Claim Technician
This role taught me how to set and manage client expectations, handle complaints and how to deal with a wide range of personalities.
