Responsible for all deck operations including tendering and water sports. Leading a deck team of 3, ensuring high standards of maintenance and guest service. Maintained compliance with ISM, ISPS, Marpol and all flag state requirements. Coordinated shipyard period, managing budgets, and liaising with contractors. Live aboard owners for the season, cruising around Greece and Italy.

Completed setting up ISM, ISPS, SOPs, etc. In charge of all Clearance documents including dealing with and complying with Antipiracy procedures and regulations.
