Senior Stewardess
Busy program, back-to-back trips with 24h turnovers, owner living on board the whole summer. Get ready the interior for the summer (Detailing), Training of junior stewardesses, Crew and guests laundry and ironing, Inventories on Excel, Guest and crew areas maintenance (Pantry, uniforms, etc), Provisioning, Lunch, dinner service, night shifts.
Second Stewardess
Temporal position, two boss trip and two charters, For 3 of the trips I took care of the housekeeping of the interior on my own. Laundry and ironing, Silver & brass polishing, Flower arrangement, Turn-ups and turn-downs, Crew and guests’ laundry and ironing, Lunch and dinner service, night shifts, Cocktail hours, Table settings.
Third Stewardess
The chief stew from Meamina brought me to Marala. I assisted setting up the boat, reorganizing every storage, and creating inventories. Successful 1 boss trip and 5 charters (usually 3 weeks each).
