I work as a Sous Chef in M/Y Saluzi. During charter my role is to cook good healthy food for our guests, monitor other chef as well. I work on good quality food, Good presentation, Good taste and healthy food. Also have a good hygien practice in galley. Good cleaning to keep the galley as per Standard. Good FIFO practice with all the products. During off charter i prepare food for the crews.
