Promoted to Chief officer. Leading a deck team of 8 (2nd officer, bosun and six to seven deckhands). Full compliance with ISM, PMS and ISPS standards. My responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance schedules, ensuring operational readiness and overseeing safety protocols. Accounting and budgeting for deck department. Preparing Shipyard worklist. Leading onboard drills to ensure crew preparedness and compliance with safety protocols. Acted as HLO, ensuring safety and compliance during helicopter operations. Maneuvering the vessel under the captain's supervision.

Joined the vessel in August to complete the season, managing three guest trips during the month while overseeing guest logistics, crew work schedules. Ship safety and security, navigation and onboard drills. Subsequently offered a role to remain onboard during the shipyard period for a 15-year survey. Actively involved in all shipyard works, supporting ships-wide operations and coordinating with crew during the dry dock period. Organized weekly crew schedules, supervised a deck team of six, and assisted the captain with approvals and work reports for shipyard activities. Ensured crew safety and ship security during dry dock, while also preparing and executing drills in line with ISM standards. Accounting and budgeting for deck department. Proficient in IDEA for PMS and ISM management.

MY Isotta is 30m private/charter yacht, operating in crew of 5 (6). Preparing yachts mini ISM standard. Responsible for safety on board and all safety equipment. Organizing daily and weekly work schedule and work tasks. Performing bridge duties and assisting in all necessary engine works. Responsible for guest tender transportations (saxdor 320 gtc).
